Delete your Naani account

You can remove your account and all your data at any time.

Deletion is permanent. It erases your account, your child's profile, and all story history. Any active subscription is cancelled. This cannot be undone.

Option 1 — In the app (fastest)

  1. Open Naani
  2. Tap the menu ☰ at the top left
  3. Choose Delete account
  4. Confirm — your data is erased straight away

Option 2 — By email

If you no longer have the app installed, email us from the address you can be reached at, including the mobile number registered on the account.

We delete your data within 30 days of the request.

What gets deleted

  1. Your account and mobile number
  2. Your child's first name, age, and language preference
  3. All story play history
  4. Your subscription record (billing is cancelled first)

Your child's voice is never recorded or stored in the first place, so there is nothing to delete — see our Privacy Policy.

One thing to do separately

If you subscribed through Google Play, cancel the subscription in the Play Store → Subscriptions as well, so Google stops future billing.
